These awards are gold hockey stick pendants created and donated by Goldsmiths Design Studio--Cheryl Rivest & David Ashley, who've been providing the awards since the inaugural tournament in 2009.

Most Sportswomanly Player (MSP) Award for the tournament went to Brooke McKenzie, the goalie on Blizzard. Brooke received a $100 gift certificate from Sports North.

MSP for each team received a golden memento from Goldsmiths on Main Street.

Dynamite Dominates 2009 Jamboree

The undefeated Dynamite took home the coveted Golden Bra Award at the First-Ever International WWHA Women's Hockey Jamboree. Here are the results for the play offs:
Dynamite 5: Avalanche 3
Chaos 7: Blizzard 1

Many thanks to all the players who signed up and put their hearts and souls into playing. A great time was had by all.
